Package 1: Basic Rental Package

Our Basic Rental Package offers exclusive access to our beautiful event space. This package is perfect for those who like to have complete control over the planning and decoration of their event. You have the freedom to organize and set up all the details to your liking. Bring your own decorations, catering, entertainment and other extras to create the perfect atmosphere for your occasion. Our team will ensure a clean and well-maintained venue, ready for your personal touch.

Included in this package:

  • Exclusive use of the event space for the duration of your booking
  • Access to basic facilities such as restrooms and parking lots
  • On-site support for space questions or issues

This type of event is subject to a surcharge of €300 for corkage fees, cleaning and use of the dumpster.

In addition, the following additional fees will be charged depending on the number of attendees:

  • From 15 people: + €195
  • From 30 persons: + €395
  • From 40 persons: + €495
  • From 60 people: + €595
  • From 80 persons: + €795
  • From 100 persons: + €995

Package 2: All-In Event Package

Our All-Inclusive Event Package is designed for those who want to enjoy a worry-free experience, with the flexibility to customize every detail. This comprehensive package includes everything you need for a successful event, with the freedom to make specific choices. From catering and decorations to entertainment and additional services-our dedicated event planning team will work with you to tailor every aspect to your needs. Relax and enjoy your special day while we handle all the logistics, planning and organization for you.

The capacity of Studio Noorderfabriek varies depending on the setup and type of event. In general, the venue offers:

  • Total space: about 350 square meters.
  • Guests: Suitable for more than 300 people at larger events.
  • Studios: Three separate spaces (Nordic, Mediterranean and Yume), which can be used flexibly and combined to accommodate larger groups.

Depending on the desired setup (such as theater, dinner, or standing reception setup), capacity may vary. For specific numbers and arrangements, please contact us.

Yes, Studio North Factory offers comprehensive event planning and services. With their All-Inclusive Event Package, they handle all aspects of your event, including catering, decorations, entertainment and additional services. Our dedicated event planning team works with you to fine-tune every detail to your liking, so you can relax and enjoy yourself while we take care of the logistics, planning and organization.

We can always order this in advance from our supplier for you and we will make sure it is ready for your event.

  • Cancellation more than 1 month in advance: 10% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellation less than 1 month but more than 7 days in advance: 50% of the price.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: 100% of the price.
  • Relocation is possible only by mutual agreement and will be considered cancellation without agreement.

Outdoor spaces can be used but must comply with house rules, such as noise restrictions (maximum 95 dBa).

The renter is liable for damages caused by himself or his guests. It is mandatory to have liability insurance.

Two private parking spaces per studio are available. In addition, parking is available on the nearby street for €1.60 per hour.

Yes, we can create different corporate identities and ensure that your event’s branding is done full justice. It is possible to rearrange furniture in the studio, as long as it is done carefully and everything is back in its original place. However, it is not allowed to move furniture from Studio Nordic to Studio Mediterranean or vice versa. If you want to add a specific item from another studio, that can be discussed.

A deposit of half the invoice amount is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount is due 2 days after the scheduled date.

Bookings cannot be cancelled. However, the customer may change the booking date and time at no cost if requested at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date. Changes are subject to availability.

You have the option of doing the preparations and organization yourself, or you can choose to leave it in the capable hands of our team. Please note that if you choose to let us manage it, there will be a cost.

Yes! When booking a studio, it is reserved exclusively for you and your guests. So you can enjoy completely private use of the space during your event.

Yes, we can arrange everything from hosts, to chefs, oyster girls etc.

There are several possibilities. The use of the hallway can be made for hanging coats. For smaller events, coats can be accepted or hung in the studio itself. For larger events with multiple studios, the front office can be converted into a coat closet. This does need to be requested in advance and included in the quote.
